what are our goals?

Making change in our world is not easy! But with determination and support we can reach our goals....

EDUCATION: -

Everyone needs an equal opportunity to learn about the world around them, Allowing others to learn about disabilities will normalise them and mean we are more accepting of and greatful for the differences we all have.

UNDERSTANDING: -

When we learn more about each other, we begin to see that the differences are a good thing. Life would be boring without them! As we begin to understand, we will leave behind worries and negativity! Don't panic, soon you will understand you can't catch my disease!

ACCEPTANCE: -

With understanding comes the incredible thing we call acceptance! Once able bodied people learn that the disabled are just as kind and happy as they are, we can begin to break boundaries! Go out and say hello to a person who is disabled, they will not be afraid or awkward as you might think. Suprise yourself and accept them for who they are in the process!

HAPPINESS: -

Many disabled people say they feel left out of society. With these changes and further education, the disabled population can feel much happier being themselves! They have nothing to be ashamed of or hide and it is time they felt normal!

SUCCESS: -

When we pull together to help others learn about disability, the disabled will be given more opportunities. And the more opportunities they have, the more successful they can become! It is only fair that everyone has the same ability to become successful!

EQUALITY: -

And the final hope through all of this education is that one day there will be less discrimination and we can live in an equal world. When we use the powerful tool of education, our world can be turned into a much happier, equal and peaceful place!

Disability Access

We all support and understand the need for disabled toilets, but how often have you thought... "they don't look disabled?".

Many people do this without even realizing! We don't notice we are judging because it is so ingrained in our society and the way we are brought up and learn.

But never forget, there are thousands of invisible conditions, that may be the reason someone is using that toilet...

Don't judge a book by its cover!
