Day One... The Big Shave!

So the day has finally arrived...

To say filled with nerves is an understatement! My hair has been my coping mechanism for so long. Fiddling, hiding, messing around with, there is endless possibilities to my long locks, but in the name of Nelly, I am about to become as bald as a potato!

Callum is joining me in this adventure! He is not so attatched to his hair (at least the stuff on his head) but his beard is staying! I have to say, I am going to miss his hair a lot! Its much much thicker than mine so I can style it so easily haha!

Before we reveal day one, meet Nelly!

Nelly is 7, and is battling leukemia! She is a lovely little girl and all the money we are raising through sponsorship is going to her! The Bravest kid I know :) She is sure to feature in this blog again very soon! After all, she is the star of the show!

It is still hard to believe the difference that there is! And just to make the day even more amazing, the barber joined in too! How brilliant :)

Prepare for tears and terror! I was very very scared, especially when the razor went straight down the middle!
