DAY 5: It's Getting Hot in Here!

School again today :( I wouldn't usually mind, but one other teacher has been a bit up and down... "My Husband would send someone home for that" and "bald is the opposite of natural" were comments I have heard today. Anyway, lets not allow others to get us down! I know I am doing the right thing in my heart :)

I guess people sometimes just don't understand! Especially if they have not been affected by cancer, hair loss, alopecia or any other form of illness that could cause partial or full hair loss.

The day did begin really well! Callum drove me to school as always (he is amazing!) and I had a pretty good debate lesson first thing :) Many people congratulated me on my hair and the achievement of the £1000 milestone! :)

The weather in the UK seems to have turned into a heatwave, and my head feels like the shining sun, both in its bright reflection and the intense heat of my scalp. I have to say, the heat is fairly uncomfortable and I am worried that my head will burn! Ouchie!

But overall, Its nice to have good weather in the UK finally! It's a rare experience haha!

It was so sunny that my eyes were squinting ridiculously even through my Primark sunglasses! (they are actually really good for just £1!!)

So, so far the day has gone really well, besides the teacher and the intense heat! I will check up again later!
